Privacy notice

Mechanismo is a one-person consulting practice run by Gustavo Valenzuela. This page explains what happens to the information you send through the contact form. The short version: it is used only to reply to you.

What is collected

What you type into the form: your name and email, your description of the problem, your budget range, and any optional answers (company or website, the tools you use, your role, company size and timeline). The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To prevent abuse, a one-way scrambled version of your IP address is kept — never the address itself.

Why

To read your request and reply to it by email with a written assessment. The legal basis is your request itself: you asked for a reply.

Who sees it

Only Gustavo. It is not sold, shared or added to a mailing list. It is processed by the services that make the form work — Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (database, United States) and Resend (email delivery) — under their own data-protection terms.

How long it is kept

If we don’t start working together, your message is deleted within 12 months. If we do, it becomes part of the project correspondence.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent at any time — reply to any email from Mechanismo, or send a new message through the form, and it will be done within 30 days.
